SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We offer FREE domestic standard shipping for orders over $250. We charge a $12 flat rate fee for orders under $250 for standard shipping. We also offer an express shipping speed, which you can select at checkout. Express is 1 to 2 business days and costs a flat rate of $25. We ship via UPS and USPS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want to make sure you love your purchase. We will happily accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days from the date of courier service confirmed delivery, unless those items are marked as final sale. Goods marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. Any items that are not in sellable condition will be returned to the sender without a refund.

Please use the Contact Us form to request a refund or exchange an item. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. If you would prefer to organize your own shipping label, please notate that in your request. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. When you use our label, we’ll deduct a $10 return shipping fee from your refund amount.

Once the package has arrived back at our warehouse, please allow up to one week for us to process the return and issue the refund to the original form of payment or store credit. Once issued, refunds typically take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit institution.

HOW DO SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS WORK?

Shop Pay Installments is a payment option at checkout that gives you the choice to pay over time for orders above $50. You can either split your purchase into four bi-weekly, interest-free installment payments (with no additional charges or late fees, and no impact to your credit score) or into monthly installment payments (which are subject to interest fees and late payments can impact your credit score.) HOW DO REFUNDS WORK WITH SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS?

If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, you can expect a smaller payment balance on the final payment and/or fewer future payments on the remaining balance.If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, you will receive the difference as a refund to your original form of payment.(Please note that if you request a refund for an order that you have already made monthly payments for, then your paid interest isn't refunded.
